Pasadena, California iHerb Holdings, LLC today announced it named Michael D. Cody as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 16, 2021. iHerb’s prior Chief Financial Officer, Roxanne Agnew, will remain with iHerb in the role of Executive Advisor, Finance and Accounting.
Mr. Cody brings to iHerb over 20 years of finance experience and extensive knowledge in transforming and leading global finance teams. With a strong focus on operations, Mr. Cody possesses a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer organizations and the importance of branding. Mr. Cody joins iHerb from SciPlay Corporation, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 until 2021 and led SciPlay through its successful IPO in May 2019. Prior to joining SciPlay, Mr. Cody served as Chief Financial Officer, Interactive of Scientific Games Corporation from 2015 until 2018. Mr. Cody also served at Churchill Downs, Inc. as Vice President, Finance, Interactive from 2006 until 2014 and Vice President Operations, Interactive from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Cody also previously served as Vice President, Finance for Arlington Park from 2000 until 2006.
