I tried this couscous, but will stick to the Moroccan style. I thought a change would be appreciated in my family, but the taste of the pearls is meh. The fact that it is non GMO ingredient, it is reassuring, but other than that, won't buy again. Lack of flavor.

I haven’t tried couscous before but I can definitely say it’s incredible. I use it as a side for salads and nourish bowls. Everything was great about the product the packaging is good and easy to reseal and the quality was good too. I like to toast it a little bit in some kind of oil before cooking it gives it a nice almost smoky taste.
