If you know what to look for in a quality balsamic glaze then you can stop right here. No fillers or sweeteners, only Modena balsamic and grape mist on the ingredients list. This is the real stuff and it tastes amazing. Best bang for the buck. This is my favorite balsamic vinegar. I don't even bother with others anymore! It is thick, robust and sweet, and adds so much flavor to roasted veggies, such as beets or Brussels sprouts, that I always make sure I have some on hand before cooking them. You can taste the quality of this wonderful vinegar. I couldn't recommend it more! Yum!

This Balsamic is sweet and thick, almost like a glaze. I use it so much that I keep it on my kitchen counter. I make a salad dressing using only this vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. I'm glad iHerb is carrying it now, it's not easy to find and stores in my area don't carry it.
